Cinthia Hidalgo
Cinthia is the Marketing Coordinator at Scott Law Firm, where she helps bring the firm’s brand and client experience to life. She works closely with the team on planning events, coordinating vendors, designing client materials, and managing social media. She also enjoys the more personal side of her role which is connecting with clients, keeping in touch, and making sure they feel appreciated.
She has a background in marketing and social media management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. While marketing in the legal field has been a new challenge, she enjoys learning something new every day and growing in her role.
What motivates Cinthia most is the clients. Seeing them reach the end of their case, especially when they express how grateful they are, reminds her why the work matters. She approaches clients with empathy, always trying to put herself in their shoes and offer support during what can be a really difficult time.
She loves the team-oriented environment at the firm and being surrounded by people who genuinely care about each other. She was raised to value hard work and kindness, and she carries that with her in how she shows up every day.
Outside of work, Cinthia enjoys baking (especially chocolate banana bread), grabbing iced coffee with her husband, going on walks, going to the movie theater, and spending time with her fur baby, Popcorn.
