Daniela Nuñez
Daniela Nuñez is a pre-litigation legal assistant at Scott Law Firm in Conroe, Texas. Her ability to make clients feel heard, especially during some of the hardest moments of their lives, is something she brings to every single interaction.
Daniela joined the firm in May 2026 after relocating to the Houston area, where she was looking for an opportunity to grow her legal career in a place where the work truly matters. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law before going on to complete her Master of Legal Studies from Texas A&M University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Before joining the firm, she worked in estate planning and probate, gaining firsthand experience supporting clients through deeply personal situations. That background gave her a strong foundation for the compassionate, client-first approach she brings to personal injury cases today.
On any given day, Daniela communicates with clients, gathers records, follows up on cases, and helps prepare for client meetings. Her approach centers on patience, kindness, and empathy. She wants every client to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that their concerns are being taken seriously. That was on full display in one of her early experiences at the firm: after an initial client meeting wrapped up, the client stayed nearly 40 minutes just to talk, expressing her frustration about the accident and how much she had been struggling; Daniela listened without rushing her, and by the time they finished, the relief on the client's face said everything.
Daniela is especially drawn to our team’s dedication to giving back to the community. The firm's volunteer events and community involvement reflect values she has always carried personally because she has a heart for serving others wherever she can. She also loves the team culture and its fast-paced, collaborative environment and the birthday celebrations that remind everyone they are appreciated.
Outside the office, Daniela treasures time with her family. She is active in her church community and loves to travel and fish whenever the opportunity arises. She is also a self-proclaimed “history nerd” with a love for U.S. and presidential history.
