Daniela Estrada is a legal assistant at Scott Law Firm in Conroe, Texas. Her knack for organization has proved invaluable in this role. Each day, she calls insurance companies, creates medical summaries, meets with clients and attorneys, requests records, and much more.
Daniela earned her Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University (SHSU). Not long after, she was already looking for work in the legal field and heard great things about Scott Law Firm. We are so happy that she came to us because she shares our passion for helping personal injury clients with honesty, compassion, and reliable legal services. When a case goes well for a client, seeing the smile on their faces reminds Daniela why she started this line of work. She is also personally motivated to help personal injury clients because her stepdad has been in numerous car accidents throughout his life, and she has seen insurance companies and law firms treat him unfairly too many times.
Meeting clients where they are is hugely important to make them feel seen and understood. To this end, Daniela is known for being able to flex her personality to better match each client. Sometimes, a simple word of motivation from someone who cares is all a client needs to hear to feel better about the future of their case.
In her spare time, Daniela likes to go shopping, as well as whipping up a great meal from whatever is in her kitchen. She also likes to read and listen to true crime podcasts, sometimes to help her fall asleep.
