Lisett Leon
Lisett Leon is a case manager at Scott Law Firm in Conroe, Texas. Specifically, she works in the pre-litigation department. In a typical day, Lisett reaches out to clients to check on their medical appointments and treatment progress. Once she has spoken to all the clients who needed her attention, she usually turns to dealing with their insurance claims processes.
With a B.A. in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine, Lisett has always wanted to work in the legal field. She has interned and volunteered with various legal nonprofit organizations, which also further convinced her that she wanted a legal career that allowed her to help people. She began her career at Scott Law Firm as the Director of First Impressions but has since been an intake specialist and now a case manager.
Since joining the pre-litigation team as a case manager, Lisett has grown to truly cherish the moments when a client’s case is closed after reaching a resolution in their favor. She loves to work together with a team of like-minded professionals who all want to get the biggest recovery for a client who has been in a bad accident. Once one case closes and the ‘full circle’ moment has passed, she is immediately ready to do whatever she can to help get the next big win for another client.
For fun, Lisette gardens, cooks, travels, and spends time with her husband and pets. She and her husband also like to create “savings challenges” that encourage them to save money in new ways and invest in their bigger picture goals.
