Mimi Ramirez
Mirian “Mimi” Ramirez is a case manager at Scott Law Firm in Conroe, Texas. Proper management of a case is a difficult task, but Mimi sure makes it look effortless. Whether talking to an insurance adjuster or explaining case progress to a client, she always knows what to say or do, thanks to her experience in the role.
Before joining Scott Law Firm, Mimi worked in the medical field. Perhaps to no surprise, a complicated medical case and its records are not entirely different from a legal case. In both situations, insurance companies often try to get between someone and the compensation or coverage they need to recover comfortably. Today, she is known for her attention to detail, thoroughness, and technical understanding of advanced legal concepts, as well as her ability to genuinely and empathetically connect with the firm’s personal injury clients.
As part of the Scott Law Firm team, Mimi loves the way that the law firm gives back to the community. Charity work, fundraisers, the annual Client Appreciation Event, and more speak to her on a personal level. When growing up, her mother taught her that if you give with your heart, then God will bless you twice more. Also, as a fun side note, for more than 30 years, her mother has been employed as a member of the custodial staff of the building that houses Scott Law Firm; now, Mimi works in the same building!
Outside of work, Mimi enjoys spending time with her family. Always with a hungry mind, she is often found reading. As a creative outlet, she completes puzzles and glues them together to make a unique type of canvas art.
